Heat oil/ butter in a tawa add ginger garlic paste, onion and saute till onion turn transparent. Add the vegetables peels and saute till they turn slightly tender.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cooked rice. Now add MAGGI Magic cubes (Vegetarian), pav bhaji masala and mix gently. Fry the pulav for 5-7 minutes on high flame stirring in between. Adjust salt to taste and mix well.
Serve hot with raita.
