Prepare ingredients as mentioned in the list.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add the cinnamon, cloves, green cardamoms, peppercorns and star anise. Then add the onions and sauté, till they turn golden-brown.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry till the raw smell is gone. Then add the vegetables and mix well.
Add the water, rice, coriander leaves and MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic. Mix well and add salt to taste.
Cover the pressure cooker and cook on low-flame for 2-3 minutes after the first whistle.

I personally like adding half a teaspoon of garam masala along with the maggi masala. To check the salt, taste the water after you're done mixing thoroughly. Close the lid of the cooker and wait till the steam starts appearing before putting the whistle. After that 1 whistle is enough for the pulao to cook
I liked it but did not see adding of salt to it. infact pinch of sugar makes a balance .
I cannot bear any instant masala, be it the popular Maggie or anything. Definitely not my idea of a taaty meal.😀 .
