Place wheat flour, besan, ragi flour, soya flour and suji in a deep bowl, add all the other ingredients along with MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic except oil and knead a medium thick dough using NESTLE a+ slim Dahi. Add little water in case required. Keep aside for 15- 20 mins.
Divide the dough into 8 balls. Roll each ball into rotis.
Heat a tava and roast one by one turning over in between and smearing little oil on each side. When both sides are cooked, remove and keep them warm. Repeat with rest of the dough.
Serve hot with curry or chutney.
