The Ingredient List
- MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles - 2 Packets(unflavored)
- Red Chili - 15-16
- Vinegar - 1.5 Tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 Inch
- Garlic - 5-6 cloves
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Soya Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 Tablespoon
- Sugar - ½ Tablespoon
- Cumin Seeds - ½ Teaspoon
- Onion - 1 (small)
- Green chili - 1-2
- Water - 1.5 Cups
- Oil - 3-4 Tablespoo
The Easy Steps
Schezwan Sauce:
- Soak red chili in water for 2-3 hrs
- Add soaked red chili, garlic, ginger, vinegar, salt to a blender and grind.
- now add 2 tbsp oil to pan, ground chili paste and cook for 2 min on low flame.
- Now add soya sauce, tomato Ketchup, Sugar and cook for 5 min and off the flame
Schezwan MAGGI Process:
- Now take another pan and add 2 tbsp oil, cumin seeds,onion,green chili and cook for 5 min on low flame.
- Now add 1.5 tbsp schezwan sauce and MAGGI tastemaker,1.5 cup water and let boil it.
- Finally add 2 packets MAGGI, let it cook for cooking.
