The Ingredient List

  • MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles - 2 Packets(unflavored)
  • Red Chili - 15-16
  • Vinegar - 1.5 Tablespoons
  • Ginger - 1 Inch
  • Garlic - 5-6 cloves
  • Salt - 1 Teaspoon
  • Soya Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 Tablespoon
  • Sugar - ½ Tablespoon
  • Cumin Seeds - ½ Teaspoon
  • Onion - 1 (small)
  • Green chili - 1-2
  • Water - 1.5 Cups
  • Oil - 3-4 Tablespoo

The Easy Steps

Schezwan Sauce:

  1. Soak red chili in water for 2-3 hrs
  2. Add soaked red chili, garlic, ginger, vinegar, salt to a blender and grind.
  3. now add 2 tbsp oil to pan, ground chili paste and cook for 2 min on low flame.
  4. Now add soya sauce, tomato Ketchup, Sugar and cook for 5 min and off the flame

Schezwan MAGGI Process:

  1. Now take another pan and add 2 tbsp oil, cumin seeds,onion,green chili and cook for 5 min on low flame.
  2. Now add 1.5 tbsp schezwan sauce and MAGGI tastemaker,1.5 cup water and let boil it.
  3. Finally add 2 packets MAGGI, let it cook for cooking.
