Serve it with raita or a salad, because you don’t really need a lot of things on the table when you have a big handi of aromatic, flavourful biryani! Being vegetarian isn’t easy, especially when all my friends eat non-vegetarian. One day for our potluck Sunday lunch I decided to make Veg biryani using MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic. This is truly a magical ingredient. My friends couldn’t stop asking for me! The whole 1 kg biryani disappeared in less than 15 minutes and I became the most popular person in the group that day! Thank you, MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic.
