Pav Bhaji is a native Maharashtrian dish made with an assortment of mashed vegetables, pan-fried on a large tawa and served with Pav toasted in butter. It is immensely popular all across the country because of its spicy and tangy zest. The generous dose of butter that is often used with freshly-cut onions and lemon juice tops the dish. Pav Bhaji is also a great way to feed fussy kids their share of veggies with a smile! You can also serve Pav Bhaji in a bruschetta/canapé style for your next party.

This recipe reminded me of the Pav Bhaji I used to have in college To get a balanced taste for my pav bhaji, I tried many things, but none of them worked. I always remembered that taste that we would get when we would go and get a plate of pav bhaji from that one guy near my college. After asking a few of my friends, one of them recommended that I try making it using MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic. With an additional topping of onion and butter, the dish was nothing but delicious. Uff, can’t imagine everyone’s face right now. They were all surprised for sure.
