Palak Paneer is one of those dishes that can turn even a boring weekday meal into something to look forward to, especially if you love paneer! Chunks of soft cottage cheese, simmered in a mildly spiced, creamy spinach puree, this dish offers a great balance of taste and texture. Add pureed spinach and the remaining 1 cup of water and MAGGI Masala ae Magic. Mix well, cover and cook for a minute on low flame. Add the paneer pieces, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste.

Boil the spinach in 1 cup of water till the leaves are wilted. Drain the water and grind the spinach leaves into a fine paste. Keep it aside.
