This is an easy and quick version of the traditional rice and urad dal fermented dosa, and actually sacrifices nothing on taste, flavor and texture. Take 3 tablespoon of MAGGI Fusian Chilli Garlic Sauce. Add some crushed roasted chana and crushed roasted peanut and chopped green chillies to make a paste. Spread a thin layer of this paste on the inside of the Dosa. This can be made for a quick breakfast, a snack or even a main meal, if served with potato filling and sambhar.
