Explore adding tofu instead of paneer
In place of paneer, tofu can be used to reduce the fat content. Add beaten curd to the gravy, to enhance the calcium content of the dish.

For all the matar paneer lovers out there, just try to give it a twist like I did. Believe it when I say that this north Indian paneer dish left everyone stunned at the when my husband brought his friends over for dinner. I always make sure to keep MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic in the masala daani and ensure to add it in every food I make. From fancy dinner to authentic light dinner, the delight is always served on the table without any compromise.
