This is a Sattvik style pumpkin dish, also prepared for festive eats. The heat of red chillies and the spices are balanced by the sourness of dried mango powder and sweetness of Jaggery. Making it a perfect side dish to accompany Dal/Curries. It goes well with Paranthas or Poori.
