All is well, when you have eggs in the kitchen and a pack of your favourite MAGGI Masala Noodles. To add a twist, add dry red chillies and a few curry leaves, while cooking the tomatoes and onions. Then, garnish the dish by squeezing some fresh lemon juice on it and get ready for an authentic South Indian Twist!
Heat the oil and sauté the onions until they are soft and light brown. Add tomato, red chillies and curry leaves. Sauté, till the tomato has softened.
