This is an interesting vegetarian substitute for Chilli Chicken. This oriental-style recipe with soya nuggets and capsicum can be served with fried rice or even parathas. To add a twist, saute 2 cloves of chopped garlic, add some plain cooked noodles, mix well to make a special Chilli Garlic Soya Noodles Bowl.

Heat the 2 tablespoons oil in a karahi and add dry red chillies, onions, capsicum, green chillies and ginger paste, garlic paste and sauté on medium heat till onions turn brown. Chilli Garlic Soya Noodles Recipe
