This simple Cabbage and Green Peas Sabzi is made all across India, with the basic recipe varying slightly from region to region. Basic powdered masalas add a nice touch of spice to this quick desi stir-fry. It is an ideal dish to make, when you are craving for a simple, but wholesome home-cooked meal packed with flavour. This is one recipe you should definitely make during winters, when fresh green peas are in season! To add twist, hollow out 5 to 6 capsicums (use all the colourful varieties - Red, Green and Yellow!) and stuff your cabbage and green peas mix, into the capsicum cups. Top them up with grated cheese and grill!
