Baingan ka Bharta is a popular North Indian dish, made by mashing roasted brinjals and cooking them with simple spices and condiments. The mouthwatering smoky flavour that comes from charring the baingan, is what makes this dish stand out from the rest. A well-smoked Baingan ka Bharta, never fails to add a special touch to our regular everyday meals! Once the bharta is ready, place spoonfuls into pita pockets. Cover them with a freshly made tomato-onion salsa, using MAGGI Hot & Sweet Sauce. Top them with some hung curd or beaten cream and your Baingan Bharta Pita Pockets are ready to delight your kids.
