Achari Aloo Papdi Chaat Recipe

Achari Aloo is a spicy potato dish and has all the flavours of a typical North Indian pickle. It is usually served with crispy paranthas where the flavours of saunf, kalaunji, methi and red chilli are very well blended together. Mash the potatoes, take small portions and place them on Papri or Mathri and top with a little Imli Chutney.
