The Ingredient List
- MAGGI Nutri-licious Veg Atta Noodles - 1 Packet
- Moringa Leaves – 1.5 Cups
- Ragi Powder – ¼ Cup (or to bind the ingredients well)
- Onion – 1 Small (Chopped)
- Ginger – 2 Teaspoons (Chopped)
- Green Chili – 1 (Chopped)
- Salt – To Taste
- Oil – ¼ Cup
The Easy Steps
- Make the MAGGI Noodles as per the instruction on the packet.
- Let it cool for sometime till warm.
- Mash the noodles little bit for making it easy for binding.
- Mix the cooked MAGGI with all other ingredients (except oil) and make patties. Make sure patties are small in size otherwise, it will be difficult to turn to other side.
- Shallow fry in hot oil each side. It will take 5 minutes in each side.
