Ragi Powder – ¼ Cup (or to bind the ingredients well)
Onion – 1 Small (Chopped)
Ginger – 2 Teaspoons (Chopped)
Green Chili – 1 (Chopped)
Salt – To Taste
Oil – ¼ Cup
The Easy Steps
Make the MAGGI Noodles as per the instruction on the packet.
Let it cool for sometime till warm.
Mash the noodles little bit for making it easy for binding.
Mix the cooked MAGGI with all other ingredients (except oil) and make patties. Make sure patties are small in size otherwise, it will be difficult to turn to other side.
Shallow fry in hot oil each side. It will take 5 minutes in each side.
