The Ingredient List

  • MAGGI Magic Masala - [10gm]
  • MAGGI -[70gm 3 Pack]
  • Besan -1 cup
  • Cornflour - ½ Cup
  • Bajra Flour(millet Flour) - ½ Cup
  • Rice Flour - ½ Cup
  • Jowar(sorghum) Flour - ½ Cup
  • Green Chilly, Garlic, Ginger Paste - 2 Teaspoon
  • White Sesame - ½ Cup
  • Jeera Powder - ½ Teaspoon
  • Turmeric - ½ Teaspoon
  • Red Chilly Powder - ½ Teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ Teaspoon
  • Chopped Onion - 1 cup
  • Coriander - 1 cup
  • Oil/ Butter - 1 cup
  • Processed Cheese - 1 cup

The Easy Steps

  1. In a bowl add Besan, Cornflour , Bajra flour , Rice flour and Jowar flour . Then add boiled MAGGI, MAGGI masala, sesame seeds, red chilly powder, green chilly, ginger garlic paste, jeera powder, red chilly powder, turmeric, salt, onion, coriander in the bowl [mix it well] Make a soft dough.   2. Grate the cheese in a separate dish.
  3. To make a MAGGI thalpeeth make the small balls of the dough. Preparation[1min]
  4. Stuff the grated cheese at the centre of each ball. Preparation [2 min]
  5. Keep the ball on plain white , clean cloth and press it from all the sides giving it the shape roti and make small holes on thalipeeth .preparation [3 min]
  6. Add oil / butter on pan and put the MAGGI thalpeeth on that pan and roast it on medium flame .cooking [5min]
  7. Our MAGGI thalipeeth is ready for plating
  8. For plating:-1.Grate some cheese on the thalipeeth and serve it with green chutney or red sauce.
