In a bowl add Besan, Cornflour , Bajra flour , Rice flour and Jowar flour . Then add boiled MAGGI, MAGGI masala, sesame seeds, red chilly powder, green chilly, ginger garlic paste, jeera powder, red chilly powder, turmeric, salt, onion, coriander in the bowl [mix it well] Make a soft dough. Grate the cheese in a separate dish.
To make a MAGGI thalpeeth make the small balls of the dough. Preparation[1min]
Stuff the grated cheese at the centre of each ball. Preparation [2 min]
Keep the ball on plain white , clean cloth and press it from all the sides giving it the shape roti and make small holes on thalipeeth .preparation [3 min]
Add oil / butter on pan and put the MAGGI thalpeeth on that pan and roast it on medium flame .cooking [5min]
Our MAGGI thalipeeth is ready for plating
For plating:-1.Grate some cheese on the thalipeeth and serve it with green chutney or red sauce.
