The Ingredient List
- 250 gram Fresh raw Turmeric
- 3-4 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Dried Coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Aniseed (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon Asafoetida
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 pack Maggi Masala e magic
- 1/4 mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoon Mustard oil
The Easy Steps
- Wash Haldi thoroughly & pat dry.
- Peel & finely chopped haldi and keep aside.
- Heat Mustard oil in a wok. Add cumin and mustard seeds & allow to splutter.
- Add Asafoetida, Aniseed, and Green chillis and cook for 1-2 sec.
- Add finely chopped Haldi and cook till it became soft.
- Stir occasionally.
- Add Salt, Red chilli powder, and Coriander powder Maggi masala a magic and mix it well. Cook for 4-5 min.
- The haldi ki sabji is ready garnish with green coriander. Serve with roti, parantha.
- Refrigerate & consume within 1 month.
