The Ingredient List

  • MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic - 1 Packet (6 Grams)
  • Jawar - 250 Grams
  • Ragi - 50 Grams
  • Water - 200 Grams
  • Salt - 1 Teaspoon
  • Chat Masala - 1 Teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - A pinch

The Easy Steps

  1. Take the ingredients as mentioned in the list and soak them overnight. In the morning, drain the water using a sieve and wash it thoroughly with fresh water.
  2. Put everything in a pressure cooker, add 200 grams of water and cook till 5 whistles on medium flame. Open the cooker’s lid and check if it’s cooked. 
  3. Take the ingredients out in a bowl, add 6 gms of MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chat masala and a pinch of black pepper, and mix. Garnish with coriander and lemon. Serve hot.
