Take the ingredients as mentioned in the list and soak them overnight. In the morning, drain the water using a sieve and wash it thoroughly with fresh water.
Put everything in a pressure cooker, add 200 grams of water and cook till 5 whistles on medium flame. Open the cooker’s lid and check if it’s cooked.
Take the ingredients out in a bowl, add 6 gms of MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chat masala and a pinch of black pepper, and mix. Garnish with coriander and lemon. Serve hot.
