2 packets MAGGI
8 - 10 Baby Potatoes
Oil for Frying
2 teaspoon oil for coating the masalas
MAGGI Masala - 2 packets
1 teaspoon Chopped Onions
1 teaspoon Chopped Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Chopped Coriander
2 - 3 teaspoon Curd
2 teaspoon Date - Tamarind Chutney
2 teaspoon - Green Chutney
Pinch of Chaat Masala
Pinch of Roasted Cumin Powder
Sev for garnishing
2 teaspoon - Pomegranate
The Easy Steps
Boil the baby potatoes for 1 whistles
Boil the Noodles
Sieve the noodles
Press gently the potatoes to make flatten shape
Coat and Press the Noodles on Potatoes
Fry the Coated Potatoes on Medium High Flame
Fry from both sides till crispy
Take a hot pan
Add 2 tsp Oil
Add the 2 sachet of MAGGI Masala
Mix and turn off the flame
Add the Fried Potatoes and Coat well
Now Assemble the chaat with 1 teaspoon Chopped Onions
1 teaspoon Chopped Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Chopped Coriander
2 - 3 teaspoon Curd
2 teaspoon Date - Tamarind Chutney
2 teaspoon Green Chutney
Pinch of Chaat Masala
Pinch of Roasted Cumin Powder
Sev for garnishing
2 teaspoon Pomegranate
