The Ingredient List

  • 2 packets MAGGI
  • 8 - 10 Baby Potatoes
  • Oil for Frying
  • 2 teaspoon oil for coating the masalas
  • MAGGI Masala - 2 packets
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Coriander
  • 2 - 3 teaspoon Curd
  • 2 teaspoon Date - Tamarind Chutney
  • 2 teaspoon - Green Chutney
  • Pinch of Chaat Masala
  • Pinch of Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Sev for garnishing
  • 2 teaspoon - Pomegranate

The Easy Steps

  1. Boil the baby potatoes for 1 whistles
  2. Boil the Noodles
  3. Sieve the noodles
  4. Press gently the potatoes to make flatten shape
  5. Coat and Press the Noodles on Potatoes
  6. Fry the Coated Potatoes on Medium High Flame
  7. Fry from both sides till crispy
  8. Take a hot pan
  9. Add 2 tsp Oil
  10. Add the 2 sachet of MAGGI Masala
  11. Mix and turn off the flame
  12. Add the Fried Potatoes and Coat well
  13. Now Assemble the chaat with 1 teaspoon Chopped Onions
  14. 1 teaspoon Chopped Tomatoes
  15. 1 teaspoon Chopped Coriander
  16. 2 - 3 teaspoon Curd
  17. 2 teaspoon Date - Tamarind Chutney
  18. 2 teaspoon Green Chutney
  19. Pinch of Chaat Masala
  20. Pinch of Roasted Cumin Powder
  21. Sev for garnishing
  22. 2 teaspoon Pomegranate
