Cook carrot, beans and green peas, green chillies and ginger in ½ cup water till the vegetables are cook and the mixture is totally dry. Allow to cool and grind to a course paste.
Add potato, paneer, coriander leaves and MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and mix well. Adjust salt to taste.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape it into round cutlets.
Heat a nonstick tava and shallow fry the cutlets in oil.
Serve hot with green chutney.
