This is a twist on the famous and favourite Chicken 65 which originated in the Buhari Hotel in Chennai and was item number 65 on the menu card. Paneer 65 is a delicious starter, which is crispy and spicy on the outside and creamy and soft on the inside. Usually served with crispy fried curry leaves and green chillies. To add a twist, place small portions of the Paneer 65 on small sized previously made paranthas and twist the top to make a potli shape. To hold it in place, use a toothpick.
