MAGGI Hot & Sweet Tomato Chilli Sauce – ½ tablespoon
Water - 1 cup
Butter - 3 tablespoon
Onions (chopped) - ⅓ cup
Green Chilli (chopped) - 1 piece
Tomatoes (chopped) - ¼ Cup
Green Peas (frozen) - 2 tablespoon
Potatoes - 4 large (250g)
Vegetable or Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 2 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder - ½ teaspoon
Mozzarella Cheese (grated) - ⅓ cup
Chilli Flakes - 1 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
The Easy Steps
Prepare ingredients as mentioned in the list. Now, preheat the oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. While the oven preheats, wash, clean and dry the potatoes with a kitchen towel. Use a fork and poke the potato four or five times on each side. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet and rub them all over with vegetable oil or olive oil. Sprinkle them with 1 tsp salt and black pepper powder and transfer them to the hot oven to bake. Bake for 45 to 50 mins, until the skins are crisp and puffy. Use oven mitts to remove the hot baking sheet from the oven. Let it cool down. For Cooking
To make vegetable masala maggi, heat 1 ½ tbsp butter in a pan and add onions & green chillies. Saute for 2 mins and then add green peas and saute for 1 min. Now add tomatoes and cook for 2 mins on medium flame. For Cooking
Now add the maggi tastemaker and mix nicely for 30 seconds, then add 1 cup water and increase the flame to high and mix. Add maggi noodles when water come to boil. Keep stirring the noodles till it becomes soft and then reduce the flame to medium and cook for 2 mins till water gets dried. Then add maggi hot & sweet sauce and mix. For Cooking
Make one slice down the length of the potato (do not cut all the way through). Now, gently squeeze to push the flesh of the potato upwards and then remove them. For Presentation
Apply butter inside the potatoes then stuff with prepared vegetable masala maggi and now spread grated mozzarella cheese. For Presentation
Now put the stuffed potatoes in oven for 4 minutes to melt the cheese. For Cooking
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, sprinkle chilli flakes and serve it hot. For Presentation
