The Ingredient List
MAGGI Noodles:
- MAGGI 2-Minute Masala Noodles - 2 Packets (70 Grams)
- MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic - 1 Sachet
- Water - 2 Cup
For Pie Crust Dough:
- All-Purpose Flour - 1½ Cup
- Butter - 4 Teaspoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Milk - 4 Tablespoons
- Ice Water- 5-6 Tablespoons
- Poly Wrap
For White Sauce:
- All-Purpose Flour - 4 Teaspoons
- Butter - 4 Teaspoons
- Salt - ½ Teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder - ¼ Teaspoon
- Milk - 2 Cup
For Red Sauce:
- Tomato Puree – 200 Grams
- Garlic Cloves - 3-4 (Chopped)
- Salt - ½ Teaspoon
- Oregano - ½ Teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder - ½ Spoon
- Onion - 2 Tablespoons (Chopped)
- Red Chilli Powder - ½ Spoon
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Butter - 2 Teaspoon
For Layering Pot:
- Mozzarella Cheese - 100 Grams
- Capsicum (Chopped), Sweet Corn, Onions (Chopped)
- Oregano - ½ Spoon (For Sprinkle On Top)
- Chilli Flex - ½ Spoon (For Sprinkle On Top)
- Base Removal Cake Mould (Or Any Kind Of Mould)
The Easy Steps
For Preparing Pie Crust:
- In a bowl, take 1½ cup of all-purpose flour, add 4 teaspoons butter, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar powder and mix it well and then add 4 tablespoons milk and water 5-6 tablespoons.
- Knead a tight dough. Wrap with a poly wrap and refrigerate.
For Preparing White sauce:
- Heat the butter in a karahi and add 4 teaspoons, all-purpose flour and sauté for 3-4 mins on low flame, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly then gradually add the milk. Heat to boiling and stir until it becomes thick.
For Preparing Red sauce:
- Heat the butter in a kadhai, add chopped garlic cloves (3-4 cloves) and sauté for 30 seconds, then add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 mins. Add tomato puree, (200 Grams) salt ½ spoon and cook 6-7 mins or until it reduces after 7-8 mins. Add oregano, black pepper, sugar and cook for 3-4 mins more.
For Preparing MAGGI 2-Minute Masala Noodles:
- In a pan, add 2 cups water and add MAGGI Masala Noodles, add MAGGI tastemaker and cook it for 5 mins. Then, add MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and cook for 2 mins. Now your Noodles are ready.
For Assembling MAGGI Pot Pie:
- Lightly flour your surface and rolling pin. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and place it on the floured surface. Using rolling pin, apply pressure evenly and roll the dough out about 30 cm in diameter and 0.5 cm thin.
- Grease the mould and place the pie dough in the mould and cover it from the inner side and cut the excess edges. Then spread 1st layer of MAGGI Masala Noodles, then spread the white sauce and then red sauce. Now spread all raw veggies and again MAGGI Masala Noodles then spread mozzarella cheese and again some veggies. Now your pot is ready to bake.
For Baking:
- In a pre-heated oven (180 celsius for 10 mins), put the MAGGI Pot Pie at 200 degrees celsius for 25 mins. After 25 mins, it's ready to serve. De-mould the pot or remove and cut it as per your desired shape.
