Boil 1 glass of water and when it starts boiling add the noodles in it and boil it for 1 minute. Strain the noodles and pour the cold water on it.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and add 1/2 tablespoon of chilli paste to the oil and 1/2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste to it. Divide the noodle into 3 heap and add one noodle heap and salt to taste to the pan and saute it for one minute and add mayonnaise.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and 1/2 tablespoon of chilli paste to the oil and 1/2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and 1 chopped. Simla mirch and coriander paste 2 tablespoons to it. Add one noodle heap and salt to taste to the pan and saute it for one minute.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and 1/2 tablespoon of chilli paste to the oil and 1/2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and add 1/2 bowl grated carrot to it. Add one noodle heap and salt to taste to the pan and saute it for one minute.
Make a roti of the maida dough keep the filling of mayonnaise noodles and make a roll by sticking all the edges properly.
Make another 2 rolls of carrot and Simla mirch filling so that 3 rolls of tricolour will be ready
Cut the rolls of 1/2 inch and serve it with tomato sauce.
