Take a pan, add 1 & ½ cup water, 2 pack MAGGI noodles and stir well.
Bring it to a boil & dry it.
Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat or until the MAGGI is cooked.
Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add chopped onion, some spring onion, 2 tbsp corn flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, 1 tbsp schezwan chutney mix all the ingredients well & make dough (without water).
Take 1 pack MAGGI & crush it.
Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a ball & then coat with a crushed MAGGI.
Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown on medium flame and fry it crispy.
Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
Take a pan & add 2 tbsp oil & heat it.
Then add chopped green chilli ,garlic & stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add all cube size chopped capsicum & onion and stir for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
Now, add red chilli powder & salt mix it.
Add white vinegar, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, schezwan chutney 1 tbsp, tomato ketchup add all & mix it well
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp water and mix it well.
Add left over spring onion & Pour the mixture into the pan and mix it well.
