The Ingredient List

  • 2 packets of MAGGI Masala Noodles,
  • 1 medium sized potatoes,
  • 1/2 cup of Mozzarela cheese and cheddar cheese mix,
  • ½ cup of Maida,
  • 5 slices of bread,
  • Water
  • Oil for frying
  • ½ cup Mayonaise
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup of ketchup
  • 2 tbsp of hung curd
  • Salt

The Easy Steps

  1. Add 2 cups of water in a vessel, let it boil on high flame for 2 mins and add 2 packets of MAGGI Masala Noodles and add the taste maker cook it for 5 min and then let it cool.
  2. Boil and peel 1 potato and then mash it, add the mashed potato and 1 tsp of salt in the cooked MAGGI and combine(mix) it thoroughly, then make a round circle using the MAGGI and potato mix add 1 tsp of cheese (I used readymade grated cheese u can grate it as well ), then make a sphere using your palms. Then combine in ½ cup of maida in ¼ cup of water and make a batter. Then grind 5 slices of bread in a mixer grinder to make bread crumbs. Take the MAGGI spherical ball and dip it in the maida batter and then coat it with the breadcrumbs, fry the poppers in hot oil, heat it on high flame for 2 mins until golden brown it will take about 4 mins and remove the excess oil using tissue papers.

For the dip:

  1. Add in ½ cup of mayo in ¼ cup of ketchup, add salt as per taste and 2 tbsp of hung curd, then add 4 cloves of garlic.
