Mixed Pulses 2 cups Chana dal, Mung dal, urad dal, Masur Dal
MAGGI Magic Cubes – Vegetarian, 1 crumbled for binding a taste
1 Ooty carrot
Green peas 1 cup
5 French Beand chpped in small pieces
3 Cherry Tomato
4-5 Spring onion
Green coriander leave
Green chilly
Ginger
Garlic
Ajwain
Pinch of Hing
Saunf
Cummin seads
Black pepper
White Sesame seeds
Turmeric powder
Amchoor for taste
Salt for taste
1 tbsp oil for greasing the pan
The Easy Steps
Soak mixed millets for an hour.
Make thick batter of it
Make paste of ginger garlic and green chillies and add to the batter
Add all the spices mentioned in the in the ingredients
Crumble 1 small packet of MAGGI cubes for binding and taste
Add chopped veggies and coriander leaves
Mix nicely
Add salt as per taste
Keep Idly pan with water
Now brush the Idly frame with oil
And the olace the small millet balls in the frame
Cover it for fifteen minute medium heat
Open it after fifteen minutes
Now the Bafori is ready
Take it out nicely and serve it with green chuney
