- Wheat Flour - 150 Grams
- Gram Flour (Besan) - 4 Tablespoons
- White Flour (Maida) - 4 Tablespoons
- Oregano - ½ Tablespoon
- Black Pepper (Powder) - ½ Tablespoon
- Cumin Seed (Plain) - 1 Tablespoon
- Roasted Cumin Seed Powder - ½ Tablespoon
- Desi Ghee - 100 Grams
- Spinach - 250 Grams
- Onion - 2 (Chopped)
- Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
- Paneer - 100 Grams (Crumbled)
- Water - 4 Cups
- Salt - 1 (As Per Taste)
- Curd - 250 Grams (For Serving)
- Butter - 100 Grams (For Serving)
The Easy Steps
For Preparing Ingredients:
- Blanch spinach in warm water for 3 mins.
- Make spinach puree.
- Mix all three flours together.
- Add MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, oregano, cumin seed, palak puree, black pepper powder, and salt as per taste.
- Make a smooth dough.
For Preparing Stuffing:
- Chop onion and chillies.
- Mix roasted cumin powder, chopped onion, and chillies with crumbled paneer and add 2 pinches of salt.
- Make prantha adding stuffing into the dough.
