- MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles – 3 Pack
- Scrambled Eggs – Made of 2 Eggs
- Refined Oil – 5 Tablespoons
- Black paper powder – 1 Tablespoon
- Salt – As per taste
- Vinegar – 1 Tablespoon
- Soya Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
- Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tablespoon
- Carrot – ½ Cup
- Cabbage – ½ Cup
- Capsicum – ½ Cup
- Onion – ½ Cup
- Chopped Garlic – 1 Teaspoon
- Chopped Ginger – 1 Teaspoon
- Chopped Green Chilli – 1 Teaspoon
- Chopped Spring Onion (For Garnishing)
The Easy Steps
- Boil 3 pack for 3 min of MAGGI and strain it.
- Add 1 Teaspoon refined oil in boiled MAGGI and mix it.
- Heat 3 Tablespoon refined oil in a pan. Add all vegetables and cook for 3 min in high flame.
- Add boiled MAGGI, scrumbled egg, salt, all sauces, vinegar and cook for 4 min in medium flame.
- Add powdered black paper and MAGGI masala and cook for 2 min in high flame.
- Serve with some spring onion.
