The Ingredient List

  • MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles – 3 Pack
  • Scrambled Eggs – Made of 2 Eggs
  • Refined Oil – 5 Tablespoons
  • Black paper powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Vinegar – 1 Tablespoon
  • Soya Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
  • Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tablespoon
  • Carrot – ½ Cup
  • Cabbage – ½ Cup
  • Capsicum – ½ Cup
  • Onion – ½ Cup
  • Chopped Garlic – 1 Teaspoon
  • Chopped Ginger – 1 Teaspoon
  • Chopped Green Chilli – 1 Teaspoon
  • Chopped Spring Onion (For Garnishing)

The Easy Steps

  1. Boil 3 pack for 3 min of MAGGI and strain it.
  2. Add 1 Teaspoon refined oil in boiled MAGGI and mix it.
  3. Heat 3 Tablespoon refined oil in a pan. Add all vegetables and cook for 3 min in high flame.
  4. Add boiled MAGGI, scrumbled egg, salt, all sauces, vinegar and cook for 4 min in medium flame.
  5. Add powdered black paper and MAGGI masala and cook for 2 min in high flame.
  6. Serve with some spring onion.
