The Ingredient List

  • Chopped okra – 4 cups
  • Chopped onion – 1 cup
  • Chopped Tomato – 1 cup
  • Cooking oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon
  • Asafoetida powder – ¼ tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 tablespoon
  • MAGGI Masala ae magic - 1 tablespoon

The Easy Steps

  1. In a pan add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds and 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds.
  3. Once the mustard seeds and cumin seeds starts cracking, add 1 cup chopped onion and saute for 3 mins.
  4. Add ¼ tablespoon of Asafoetida powder.
  5. Add 4 cup chopped okra (Bhindi).
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of MAGGI Masala ae magic powder.
  7. Mix well and allow it to cook for 15 mins on low flame.
  8. After 15 mins add 1 cup chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
  9. Now serve this hot bhindi ki sabzi with roti /chapati/ pulka.
