  • MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic - 1 Sachet
  • Wheat Flour - 150 Grams
  • Gram Flour (Besan) - 4 Tablespoons
  • White Flour (Maida) - 4 Tablespoons
  • Oregano - ½ Tablespoon
  • Black Pepper (Powder) - ½ Tablespoon
  • Cumin Seed (Plain) - 1 Tablespoon
  • Roasted Cumin Seed Powder - ½ Tablespoon
  • Desi Ghee - 100 Grams
  • Spinach - 250 Grams
  • Onion - 2 (Chopped)
  • Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
  • Paneer - 100 Grams (Crumbled)
  • Water - 4 Cups
  • Salt - 1 (As Per Taste)
  • Curd - 250 Grams (For Serving)
  • Butter - 100 Grams (For Serving)

The Easy Steps

For Preparing Ingredients:

  1. Blanch spinach in warm water for 3 mins.
  2. Make spinach puree.
  3. Mix all three flours together.
  4. Add MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, oregano, cumin seed, palak puree, black pepper powder, and salt as per taste.
  5. Make a smooth dough.

For Preparing Stuffing:

  1. Chop onion and chillies.
  2. Mix roasted cumin powder, chopped onion, and chillies with crumbled paneer and add 2 pinches of salt.
  3. Make prantha adding stuffing into the dough.
