- MAGGI Desi Cheesy Noodles Crumbs - 1 Cup
- MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder - 2 Tablespoons
- Mozzarella Cheese - Mashed, 100 Gms
- Processed Cheese - Mashed, 100 Gms
- Paneer Mashed -100 Gms
- Medium Potatoes - Boiled 2 Pieces
- Fresh Green Chillies - Chopped 4 Pieces
- Medium Ginger, Chopped - 1 Piece
- Coriander Leaves, Chopped - 2 Tablespoons
- Refined Flour - 75gm
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - ½ Tablespoon
- Salt To Taste - ½ Tablespoon
- Baking Soda - ½ Tablespoon
- Oil For Frying - 200gm
The Easy Steps
- Prepare ingredients as mentioned in the list.
- Take a bowl add mozzarella cheese and processed chees and paneer and potatoes mix it well all together until like peast.30 second.
- Now add green chili, ginger, coriander leaves, refined flour, MAGGI coconut milk powder, ginger-garlic paste .salt. Baking soda. Mix well like paste 30 second.
- Take a small amount 10 gm. this mixture roll it with two palms and make a shot ball. Repeat this make all shot of rest of mixture.
- Place oil in a kadhai to heat for fry around one minute . Meanwhile, take one shot and coat it with MAGGI Desi Cheesy crumbs properly, repeat this process for all other shot. Keep in mind the oil temperature and monitor the stove flame.
- Now deep fry these shot in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
