  • MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic - 1 Tablespoon
  • MAGGI Hot & Sweet Tomato Chilli Sauce - For Serving
  • Garlic - 1 Tablespoon (Finely Chopped)
  • Onion - 1 Cup (Finely chopped)
  • Carrot - 1, Medium Size (Grated)
  • Raw Banana - 1, Medium Size
  • Cabbage - 1 Cup (Chopped)
  • Green Peas - 3 Tablespoons
  • Green Chillies - 3 (Finely Chopped)
  • Instant Oats - 1 Cup
  • Ginger Paste - 1 Tablespoon
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoons
  • Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Chaat Masala - 2 Teaspoons
  • Corn Flour - 1 Tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour - 2 Tablespoons
  • Oil - For Frying
  • Amchur Powder
  • Bread Crumbs

The Easy Steps

For Preparation:

  1. Prepare ingredients as mentioned in the list Soak soya nuggets in hot water along with ½ tablespoon salt for 30 mins.

For Cooking:

  1. Heat the oil in a karahi and add dry red chillies, onions, capsicum, green chillies and ginger paste, garlic paste and sauté on medium heat till onions turn brown. (5 min).
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Garnish with the spring onions and serve hot with fried rice or noodles
