The Ingredient List

  • 1 Pouch MAGGI Masala
  • 3 Medium Chopped onions
  • 1 Inch chopped Ginger
  • 2 Medium chopped Tomato
  • 3-4 Spoon Cooking Oil
  • ½ Cup chopped Carrot
  • ½ Cup chopped Cabbage
  • ½ Cup Sweet Corn
  • 1 Cup Gram Flour
  • ¼ cup Refined Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Peas
  • 1.5 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilly Powder
  • 2 Green Chilly
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 2 Cups of water
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • 3 Spoons Grated Paneer

The Easy Steps

  1. Heat 2 Tablespoon oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and let them light brown.Then put ¾th part of chopped onions, ginger and saute on medium heat till it turned light brown. Add red chilly Powder, Turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well and roast.
  2. Put chopped Carrot, cabbage, peas and sweet corn. Mix them well. Add 1 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. for cooking
  3. Put 1 pkt Maggie and mix well to coat with vegetables. Pour 1 cup of water and cook for 1 minutes.Then put Maggie Masala and 1 Tablespoon salt and cook.
  4. Put Gram flour and Refined flour in a bowl Put ½ tablespoon salt and pour 1 cup of water slowly and make a thick better. Add rest of chopped onions.Put the better on rest.
  5. Heat a pan and put 1 Tablespoon Oil. Pour the better to make veg omelette. Fry on low heat for 1 minute and turned it to fry another side.
  6. Put down from heat. Spread mayonnaise and tomato sause on Veg Omelette. Take tadka masala MAGGI and spread on omelette. Garnish with sauce and grated paneer.
