The Ingredient List

  • Warm Milk – 2 Cups
  • Pizza Sauce – 1 Tablespoon.
  • Orange Food Color – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Green Food Color – ¼ Teaspoon

For Veggie Masala MAGGI

  • MAGGI 2-Minutes Noodles - 2 Packets
  • MAGGI Taster Maker – 2 Sachets
  • Olive Oil – 2 ½ Tablespoon
  • Chopped Garlic – 1 Tablespoon
  • Chopped Green Chili – 1 Tablespoon
  • Chopped Onions – ½ Cups
  • Small Florets Of Cauliflower – ½ Cup
  • Fresh Green Peas – ½ Cup
  • Green Chickpea – ½ Cup
  • Chopped Capsicum – ½ Cup
  • Chopped Carrot – ½ Cup
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Red Chili Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Water – 2 Cups
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tablespoon

The Easy Steps

  1. Prepare ingredients as mentioned in the list. Preparation
  2. To prepare Sauce, Sauté garlic and onions in butter for 2-minutes, Add Maida & roast for 2 minutes until its raw smell gone. Add Warm milk gradually to avoid lumps and stir continuously. Cook for 4-5 minutes until sauce gets thicken. White Sauce is ready, Keep Aside (9 mins, Cooking)
  3. Divide the White sauce into 3 portions. For White color sauce it is already prepared itself, for Orange Color – add Pizza Sauce and Orange food color and mix well. Orange Sauce –ready. For Green Sauce- Add fresh coriander leaves & green food color &mix well. Green Sauce – ready. (5-minutes, Preparation)
  4. To Prepare MAGGI Masala, Sauté Garlic, Green Chili, and Onions in Oil until they soft turn and golden brown in color. Add All the vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes. Don’t over-cook Veggies, just turn up them crispy. (6-7 Minutes, Cooking)
  5. Add Salt, MAGGI tastemaker, red chili powder, and turmeric powder and mix well, cook for a minute. (2-minutes, Cooking

  7. Now assembling part, roll-up the sheet and Secure the OHP sheet using Transparent Tape. Place rolled sheet into serving platter, First Pour prepared MAGGI, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, Pour First green sauce layer, then second white sauce layer. then third green sauce layer.
