MAGGI® has been the pioneer of 2 minute noodles and we have stayed true to that claim for the last 34 years. If you follow the suggested method of preparation, as mentioned on the back of every pack, it would take 2 minutes to cook the noodles. However, it is very common for consumers to customize the method of preparation a little bit, depending on their style and choice. For example, the quantity of water used varies a lot depending on how soupy one wants their MAGGI® to be. Such personal touches may cause the cooking time to vary.

How are MAGGI® Noodles manufactured?

How are MAGGI® Noodles manufactured?

MAGGI® Noodles are cooked exactly how you prepare your breads/rotis at home. We just do it at an industrial scale to make sure you get the same experience, every single time. The preparation of MAGGI® Noodles starts with mixing of flour, water etc. in a mixer to produce the dough. The dough, then goes through a series of rollers to form a thin sheet, which is then artfully cut into fine noodle strands. These strands are then waved, folded and cooked to form the final noodle cake. The noodle cakes along with Masala Tastemaker sachets are then wrapped and sealed in packs which we hope you enjoy with every bite.
