The Ingredient List

  • MAGGI noodles - 3 pack
  • MAGGI Testmakers - 2
  • Chopped Onion - 1(medium size)
  • Green Chilli - 2
  • Garlic Cloves - 6
  • Red Capsicum - ¼ cup
  • Yellow Capsicum - ¼ cup
  • Green Capsicum - ¼ cup
  • Onion - ¼ cup
  • Spring onion - ¼ cup
  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp.
  • Rice flour - 2 tbsp(optional)
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • White vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • Schezwan chutney - 2 tbsp
  • Water(for MAGGI-1 &1/2 cup) & (for paste-2 tbsp)
  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp & for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder - 1/3 (2 time)
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp

The Easy Steps

  1. Take a pan, add 1 & ½ cup water, 2 pack MAGGI noodles and stir well.
  2. Bring it to a boil & dry it.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat or until the MAGGI is cooked.
  4. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
  5. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add chopped onion, some spring onion, 2 tbsp corn flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, 1 tbsp schezwan chutney mix all the ingredients well & make dough (without water).
  6. Take 1 pack MAGGI & crush it.
  7. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a ball & then coat with a crushed MAGGI.
  8. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown on medium flame and fry it crispy.
  9. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
  10. Take a pan & add 2 tbsp oil & heat it.
  11. Then add chopped green chilli ,garlic & stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
  12. Then add all cube size chopped capsicum & onion and stir for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
  13. Now, add red chilli powder & salt mix it.
  14. Add white vinegar, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, schezwan chutney 1 tbsp, tomato ketchup add all & mix it well
  15. In a bowl, add 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp water and mix it well.
  16. Add left over spring onion & Pour the mixture into the pan and mix it well.
  17. Cook for 3-5 minutes on medium heat.
  18. Now, add the fried MAGGI balls.
  19. Cook for another 3-5 minutes on medium heat.
  20. Serve Hot.
