Malai Aloo Potol Curry Recipe

20Min
Easy
Aloo Potol Bhaja is a popular Bengali recipe, which is made with potatoes and pointed gourd or parwal. While there are other popular ‘bhaja’ recipes like Baigan Bhaja or Aloo Bhaja, this Aloo Potol Bhaja is a must try and is also a great way to make kids eat parwal, which they would otherwise make a fuss about. This dry preparation, made in minutes with simple masalas, is a perfect accompaniment to a simple dal-chawal meal. Or you can make curry by adding one cup of coconut milk to the dish, made out of MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder once the dish is prepared. Mix it well and your Malai Aloo Potol Curry is ready to be served!
