    Make it with a twist
A simple homemade Chicken Curry is the go-to non-vegetarian delicacy for most Indian households. The best part is, you can rarely go wrong with chicken curry and every household has its own recipe for a great tasting one! There are many regional variations of the basic Indian chicken curry and they are all quite simple to make. To add a Malabar Twist to your regular Chicken Curry, add ½ to 1 cup of coconut milk, a few curry leaves and one or two dry whole red chillies to the curry. Don’t forget to serve it with some nice and soft flaky parathas!
