The Ingredient List

For Dough:

  • MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles - 1 Packet
  • Wheat Flour - ½ Cup
  • Water - 1 Cup
  • Desi Ghee - 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt - ¼ Tablespoon

For Stuffing

  • Capsicum - 3 (Julienne)
  • Tomato - 2 (Chopped )
  • Onion - 1 (Chopped )
  • Broccoli - 1
  • Green Chillies - 3 (Chopped)
  • Red Chillies - ¼ Tablespoon
  • Turmeric - ¼ Tablespoon
  • Salt - ½ Tablespoon
  • Oil - 3 Tablespoons
  • Coriander Powder - ½ Tablespoon
  • Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tablespoons

For Garnishing

  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Sweet Corn - 1 Cup

The Easy Step

  1. Grind MAGGI Noodles into mixer grinder with MAGGI Masala (Tastemaker), after that add wheat flour, desi ghee, salt, and make a dough with water. 
  2. Boiled sweet corn and broccoli (use 2 glass water for boiling), along with chop onion, tomato, green chillies and capsicum.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons of oil into a pan, and add chopped onion, capsicum, turmeric, red chillies powder (Sauté it 3-5 mins). Now add chopped tomato, green chillies (Sauté it 5-6 mins). At last, add boiled broccoli, coriander and salt, mix it well and cook only 1-2 mins.
  4. Now make MAGGI tortilla with dough, make a thin round shape and put oil on MAGGI tortilla while baking it (this is optional if you don’t like too much oil).
  5. At the last stage, spread tomato ketchup over the wrap, put stuffing, sweet corn, mayonnaise and fresh coriander.
