The Ingredient List
For Buns
- Warm Milk - ½ Cup
- Dry Yeast - 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Melted Butter - ½ Teaspoon
- Salt - A Pinch
- All-Purpose Flour - 1¼ Cup
For MAGGI Noodles
- MAGGI 2-Minute Masala Noodles - 1 Packet
- Cheese - 1 Tablespoon
- Water - 1 Cups
- Sesame Seeds - 1 Tablespoon
- Butter - 1 Cube
The Easy Steps
- Add yeast and ½ teaspoon of sugar in warm milk and let the yeast activate.
- Now add the flour, salt, ½ teaspoon butter, and remaining sugar. Knead the dough for 10 mins and add the dough into an oil greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Add the water and let it boil, then add MAGGI Masala (Tastemaker) and Noodles. Cover and cook till done. Add the cheese and mix well.
- Now take the dough and punch the air out. Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll it evenly and take a small amount of MAGGI Masala Noodles and fill it inside the dough and make it a ball. Arrange it in a baking tray and cover it for 30 mins.
- After brushing the top with butter and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Pop it into the 190 degrees heated oven and bake for 18- 20 mins.
- Remove, brush some more butter and serve hot.
