The Ingredient List

For MAGGI:
  • MAGGI - 1 small packet
  • Green Chili - 1
  • Amul Butter - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 2 cups
For Main Process:
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Capsicum - ½ finely chopped
  • Tomato - 2 big, finely chopped
  • Green chili - 2
  • Oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander Power - ½ teaspoon
  • Chili Power - 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken Masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 2 teaspoons

The Easy Steps

For MAGGI:

  1. Heat Saucepan, add water, MAGGI with its masala, chopped green chilli and butter.
  2. Once the MAGGI is cooked around 90% switch off the flame.

For Main Process:

  1. Heat the oil in a flat karahi and add green chillies, onions, capsicum, and saute for 2 mins.
  2. Add tomatoes, salt and cook it for another 2 mins on high flame.
  3. Add all the spices and cover the kadhai for next 5 mins on low flame.
  4. After 5mins, add cooked MAGGI and mix it well.
  5. Create space in the kadhai and add Egg without breaking the yolk for the perfect texture.
  6. Again cover it for next 5 mins, switch off the flame and sprinkle some coriander.
  7. Served with tosted bread or alone and its ready to eat.
