The Ingredient List

For Pizza base :

  • 100 grams of refined flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon curd
  • 3 to 4 tablespoon milk


For Pizza toppings:

  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato chopped in cubes
  • 1 packet MAGGI noodles 
  • Tomato ketchup
  • 3 cube cheese
  • Chili flacks as per your taste

The Easy Steps

  1. Take flour. Add salt,sugar,curd,oil, and milk. Mix well and knead it. After that,leave it for 15 minutes to rest.
  2. Chop capsicum,onion,tomato into cubes. Grate some cheese. Take some ketchup for pizza sauce.
  3. For MAGGI: Chop half onions, 3 green chilies, half tomato. Boil the MAGGI with some water for 2 to 3 minutes. Then in a pan, add 1 tablespoon oil. Saute chopped onions,chilies, and tomato for 4 minutes. Add boiled MAGGI and MAGGI taste maker. Mix well. And leave it for further use.
  4. Assembling MAGGI pizza: First make a pizza base with dough. Roll it with rolling pin and make a round base. Heat the skillet on low,cook the pizza base from both sides for 2 minutes. Add sauce over pizza base, spread well. Add sauteed MAGGI. Then add chopped veggies, topic with cheese. Sprinkle chili flacks, some MAGGI masala. Cover it with lead. Cook it for 3 minutes on low flame. You can also add 1 tablespoon oil in the bottom of pizza base. After 3 minutes,remove it from heat and cut into pieces. It is ready to serve.
