The Ingredient List

For Noodles:

  • MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles - 2 Packs
  • MAGGI Tastemaker - ½ Sachet
  • Water - Half Glass
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - A Pinch

For Soup:

  • Onion - ½
  • Capsicum - ½
  • Cabbage - ¼ Cup
  • Carrot - ½
  • Green Chilli - 1
  • Garlic - 6-8 Cloves (Finely Chopped)
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Powder - ¼Teaspoon
  • Salt: To Taste
  • Black Pepper Powder - ¼ Teaspoon
  • Corn Flour - 1½ Tablespoon
  • Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon
  • Soy Sauce - 1 Teaspoon
  • Shezwan Sauce - 1 Teaspoon
  • Tomato Sauce - 1 Teaspoon
  • MAGGI Tastemaker - ¼ Teaspoon

The Easy Steps

  1. First, cut all the vegetables finely.
  2. Heat a pan and add oil 1 teaspoon.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic (6-8 cloves).
  4. Saute it for 10 seconds.
  5. Now add green chilli, onion, capsicum, cabbage and carrot.
  6. Saute it for 1 minute on high flame.
  7. Do not overcook the vegetables.
  8. After 1 min adds salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and mix them well.
  9. Keep the flame low while adding seasoning.
  10. Now keep the flame low and add soy sauce 1 teaspoon, vinegar 1 teaspoon, schezwan sauce 1 teaspoon, tomato sauce 1 teaspoon and mix them well.
  11. Take corn flour 1½ tablespoon and add water ¼ cup and mix it well without any lumps.
  12. Add the mixture and add water 1½ glass.
  13. Cook it on high flame for a minute.
  14. At last, add MAGGI Masala (¼ teaspoon) and mix all well, cook it for 10 seconds.
  15. Now switch off the flame and add spring onion or you can use coriander stems.
  16. Boil 1 cup water and add 1 teaspoon oil and a pinch of salt.
  17. Now add MAGGI noodles and mix it with folk instead if spatula. Continue mix it.
  18. Let it cook till the water absorbed.
  19. Now add MAGGI Masala (½ of a pouch) and mix it well and switch off the flame.
  20. Serve it hot.

Note: Coriander stems will enhance the taste of the soup. You can use it as a substitute for spring onion.
