  • MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles (70 gms) - 1 Packet
  • MAGGI Masala – 1 sachet
  • Potato, 1 Small
  • Water , 1 Cup
  • Oil, 3 Tablespoons
  • Onion, 1 small
  • Ginger and garlic paste - 1 Tablespoon
  • Garam Masala - ½ Tablespoon
  • Green coriander
  • Green chillies
  • Bay leaves
  • Clove and small cardamom
  • Salt - To taste

The Easy Steps

  1. Prepare ingredients as mentioned in the list boil MAGGI i in hot water along with MAGGI masala and also boil 1 small size potato in water add salt according to taste in microwave for cooking Mix all ingredients cooked MAGGI, Green coriander and green chillies and boil potato. make small balls to fry. for Preparation.
  2. Heat the oil in a karahi and put kota balls in oil till golden brown.Take out kofta balls and add onion in oil till golden brown, add dry red chillies, and ginger paste, garlic paste and cooked till oil comes out from masala then add 1 cup of water and kofta balls in gravy. for cooking garnish with green coriander.
